Importance:
To better prepare nursing students for their first practical nursing experience, we developed this interactive simulation. The goal was to not just highlight the “hard” nursing skills that would be needed, but also to prepare the students for the personalities and realities of this practical experience. Students completed the simulation as a team via Zoom.
